Silent Activity aims to teach and guide individuals, groups, teams and organizations to integrate inner peace or silence with daily activity. Alignment with inner peace and clarity is the foundation for establishing health, success and well-being.

Instead of seeing work and daily routines as separate activities from leisure and relaxation, you learn to combine both at once. This way, the activities become infused with peace, joy and clarity.

As a result, you feel rested and relaxed during the day, despite your workload, you become more productive and creative and engage in open and harmonious relationships.

The services of Silent Activity are diverse and based on a combination of holistic medicine, current scientific research and practical mindfulness. Silent Activity aims to make, Mind-Body Medicine and mindfulness accessible to organisations and people in the West, by offering integrated health education and guidance in a clear, comprehensible and down-to-earth way.

Respecting Eastern traditions, Silent Activity has translated its wisdom of health and well-being to Western, everyday life, making it easy to understand and adopt.

The programs have been developed and inspired by top leaders in well-being and mindfulness; namely the Chopra Center of well-being (founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra) and Eckhart Tolle.
