Through group visualizations, you set individual intentions around these topics, which can be shared in the group. Through group body-awareness exercises and guided meditations one learns to connect to the body’s wisdom. By getting more connected to the body’s inherent intelligence, practical steps can be established from within, towards personal health and well being. Sharing your journey and reflecting upon it within the group, helps raise individual awareness and can motivate you along the way.
